Cancelation policy
A cancellation prior to 90 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fees equal to 25 % of the rental amount;
A cancellation between 90 days and 30 days prior arrival will result in a fee equal to 50 % of the rental amount;
A cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival won’t be refundable.
These cancellation fees can be covered by an individual cancellation insurance to be subscribe upon booking.
