. Living room with fireplace, flat screen TV (French / Belgian channels - wifi internet access), opening onto the covered terrace to the south.
. Dining room (large table with 10 chairs and beautiful cupboard) with open and equipped kitchen. Access to the covered terrace (awning).
. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
. Bedroom 1: double bed 180 x 200cm,. Access to the south terrace.
. Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200cm, wardrobe.
. Bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet.

Outside:
Under the awning, you can have lunch in the shade while enjoying the view of the garden and savoring delicious grilled meals from the gas barbecue. Whether you are looking to relax on a sun lounger, enjoy the 12x6m swimming pool with its beautiful beach and pool house, or engage in fun activities (petanque court and ping-pong table), the garden offers a multitude of spaces to satisfy all your desires.

- Attention: rentals are made from FRIDAY TO FRIDAY
- The swimming-pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
- Optional: swimming pool heating on request (150€ per week)
- Swimming pool secured by an electric shutter. The pool cover helps maintain a reasonable water temperature, though it still depends on weather conditions.
- Final cleaning + linen included + pool towels provided
- There is no possibility to charge an electric vehicle on site
- Tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult according to the rental price
