With a capacity for 8 people thanks to its four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom/shower, the house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with fibre optic internet.
There is a bonus pigeonnier which serves as a pool house with its own shower room, as well as an upstairs bedroom ideal for a teenager or young adult (steep staircase to get there).

Ground floor:
Entrance hall with cloakroom, guest wc and a bay window leading to the living area.
Large living area with sitting area equipped with a fireplace, large TV, two double sofas and a bay window leading to the garden.
The dining room with a table for 8 to 10 people.
Kitchen area with central island and access to the outside.
Utility room with freezer, ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the rear of the house and parking.
Bedroom 1: 180 x 200cm bed (or 2 x 90cm), TV, outside access, dressing room.

1st floor:

Outside, the property features an 8,727 m² fully enclosed garden, a pétanque court under a plane tree, and a covered terrace with a garden lounge attached to the dovecote.
A shaded terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, includes a large table for 10 people and a spacious garden lounge.
The heated swimming pool (15 x 4 m, 1.45 m deep), treated with chlorine and secured by an electric cover, is surrounded by numerous sunbeds and parasols. There is parking at the back of the house with a carport for 4 cars, and parking for one car in front of the house.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
- Animals not allowed.
- Final cleaning + daily cleaning of 2 hours 7 days a week, household linen, towels and pool towels included.
- Intermediate cleaning for 2 weeks rented.
- Daily bakery / press delivery service.
- Day shift: opening of the pool cover, straightening of the terraces, leaf collection and removal of rubbish bags.
- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult according to the rental price.

• Pool heating: --> In May, June, September, and October --> Included in the rent if the weather is suitable for using the heating (air temperature between 20 and 24°C) --> maximum heated water temperature: 28°.

No heating in July and August except in the event of exceptional weather conditions lasting more than 4 consecutive days and if the air and water temperatures fall below 24°; in this case:
--> included in the rent
--> maximum heated water temperature: 28°
