House for rent with pool in Bonnieux - La Villa Paulanne

Ground floor:
Fitted kitchen which opens up onto the lounge with dining area, as well as two doors opening to the outside.
Bedroom 1: king size bed 180 x 200 cm bed, shower room and toilettes.

Mezzanine:
Bedroom 2: king size bed 180 x 200 cm bed, shower room and toilettes.
Bedroom 3: king size bed 180 x 200 cm bed, shower room and toilettes (access from bedroom 2 or from the outside).

First floor:
Bedroom 4: two 90 cm beds
Toilettes on landing

Exterior:
10 x 4 x 2 m swimming pool (opens from May to the end of September), heated (included in the price during high season)
Teppanyaki barbecue, 6 sun loungers, 3 tables, a dozen of chairs, 2 parasols

FURTHER INFORMATION :
- Pets are accepted on request
- Final cleaning + bed linen + towels + pool towels included
- Intermediate cleaning included for a two-week rental. Any change of sheets and towels: on request at an additional cost (€200)
The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October
- Heating pool with an extra charge of 100 €/week during mid-season. The pool cover helps maintain a reasonable water temperature, though it still depends on weather conditions.
- A supplement of € 80 will be requested for an intermediate cleaning for any rental longer than 2 weeks
- There is no possibility to charge an electric vehicle on site
- The tourist tax is calculated per adult per night according to the rental price
